Kelli is a Coeur d’ Alene native who has 4 major passions. Faith, Family, Health, and Her Community. The super cool thing is that all 4 of these are INCREDIBLY intertwined. In 2015, she found herself navigating a new world of healthcare when her daughter was struggling with health problems. She became very disappointed in the lack of hope and encouragement that was offered from the traditional healthcare system, and after a few years with no real answers, Kelli decided it was time to try something new. It was then that she fell in love with learning about natural and alternative medicine.
She took her daughter to natural health care doctors and learned about nutrition and how God made our incredible bodies to heal themselves, and as her daughter excelled, their lives were forever changed. This reaffirmed to her that health comes from within the body. Kelli and her family had owned and operated a successful fast-food restaurant in town, and each day she began to realize she was serving food that no longer aligned with what she believed. She knew that she needed to get out of the fast-food business and step into something that best aligned with her views to help to create a healthier community.
In the midst of researching to expand on her new focus, her mother had a very serious stroke and Kelli was blessed to step into the role of caregiver and advocate for the next year and a half.
Suspecting this stroke could have been detected before it actually happened, she dug deep into this concept of early detection and risk assessment for medical issues and found Thermography. She fell in love with the non-invasive technique with the many benefits and possibilities thermography offers. Kelli knew that this was it. This is what she was meant to do as a way to leave her mark on her hometown to help cultivate a healthier community.
By attending the International Academy of Clinical Thermology, IACT, Kelli became a Clinical Thermographic Technician (CTT) and earned her CTT certification. Through partnering with doctors and educating the public about the use of thermography, Kelli’s dream is that it will become a viable option for everyone searching for early screening and risk assessment options.
